🌍 Can you tell us a bit about yourself, where you’re from, and what you do?
I’m 34 years old, originally born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. I now live in Germany, where I work as a full-time personal trainer, helping others achieve their fitness goals while continuing to expand my own journey in the competitive world of fitness modeling.
🏁 When did your fitness journey begin, and what inspired you to start?
My fitness journey began in my early 20s. Coming from a family with a history of health issues, I felt a strong personal responsibility to break the cycle. I didn’t want to simply accept that fate—I wanted to challenge it. That drive to promote longevity and wellness was the fire that fueled me then and continues to push me now.

🧗♂️ On your journey, what were some of the biggest challenges in reaching your fitness goals, and how did you overcome them?
One of my biggest challenges has always been gaining and retaining weight. I’m what’s commonly referred to as a “hard gainer”—someone with a fast metabolism who struggles to build and hold onto muscle mass. That made progress slower than expected, and it required strict nutritional discipline and careful tracking of calories and macronutrients. Every gram mattered, and every meal had purpose.
Despite the struggle, I kept showing up with intention and learned to tailor my training and diet to fit my unique physiology. That discipline eventually paid off.
🏆 You’re now a WBFF PRO Fitness Model. How did that journey begin, and what does your current competitive status include?
I’ve been competing in the WBFF (World Beauty Fitness & Fashion) circuit for several years. It wasn’t an overnight success—I didn’t earn my pro card right away. After multiple attempts and refining my physique, presentation, and stage presence, I finally achieved PRO status in 2023. That same year, I was honored to be crowned WBFF European Champion, an unforgettable moment that validated years of consistent effort.
Beyond WBFF, I hold professional cards in Miami Pro and Pure Elite. With Miami Pro specifically, I’m proud to say I’ve won two world titles in the Fitness Model category. These titles represent more than just medals they symbolize resilience and growth.
🏋️♂️ Can you give us a glimpse into your current gym routine? What does a typical training week look like?
I train 5 to 6 times per week. Five of those days are focused on resistance training combined with cardio, while the sixth day is dedicated entirely to cardiovascular endurance.

Here’s my current split:

🔁 Motivation is a cornerstone of BodyGoalz. What advice do you have for guys who struggle to stay motivated when progress feels slow?
This is something I deeply relate to. My advice? Embrace consistency above all else. The dream physique isn’t built in a day it’s carved out slowly through unwavering repetition. Consistency builds character, and character sustains motivation when results aren’t immediate.
Second, practice patience. Physical transformation is not linear. You will plateau. You will get frustrated. But patience teaches you to trust the process. Stay disciplined long enough, and the results will eventually show.
And lastly, visualise your “why” whether it’s health, confidence, or competitiveness. Let that vision fuel you on the tough days.
🎯 Have you reached your ultimate body goals?
Not quite and that’s the exciting part. I still have many milestones I want to reach, both personally and competitively. The journey is ongoing. I see every day as a new opportunity to elevate my standard, to push harder, and to inspire others through example. So no, I’m far from done. I’m just getting started.
